We are located in the prestigious wine region of Los Chacayes, in Tunuyán, Mendoza, at 1.300 meters above sea level. The area, surrounded by mountains and creeks, is part of the Natural and Cultural Reserve “Manzano Histórico”.

Ayres de Uco’s story is closely bound to a lifelong friendship and the mystique of a beautiful place in the heart of Uco Valley.
Ayres de Uco was born out of a dream among friends, and it grew as a project until it became a reality, a unique experience at the foothill of the Andes.
The crystal-clear water of the Pircas creek, which borders our young vineyards, invites our guests to dream in silence or enjoy time among friends. Nothing compares to the experience of drinking a glass of wine by the hearth, under the stars of the night sky of Uco Valley.
